This End User License Agreement is between you, the Basketball Coach App and its service and governs use of this app made available through the Apple App Store. By installing the Basketball Coach App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this agreement, you are not entitled to use the Basketball Coach iOS App.
Parties
This Agreement is between you and Basketball Coach App only, and not Apple, Inc.; Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement and Apple has the right to enforce this Agreement against you. Basketball Coach App, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Basketball Coach App and its content.
Privacy
Basketball Coach App do not collect information about your usage of the app, including information from and about your devices. Additional information about privacy policies and practices can be found in the Basketball Coach Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
Basketball Coach App own the right to all intellectual property found in the Basketball Coach App and its Service, including copyrights, trademarks and patents. All rights are reserved. You will not misuse or misrepresent the ownership of any intellectual property linked to Basketball Coach App, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks. You will not attempt to disturb the Basketball Coach App's security, connectivity or integrity at any time.
Purchase
For certain features of the Basketball Coach App and its Service we might charge a fee. These could be charged as a single purchase of certain services, subscriptions or applications updates either as an "In App Purchase", a regular app retail price or other forms of payment. When you make an In App Purchase or buy the app through the Apple iTunes App store, you are agreeing to Apple's iTunes Terms and Conditions. For purchases via the Apple iTunes App Store, payment will be collected by Apple, not Basketball Coach App and its Service.
